Method Pilates Come As You Are

Matthew 11:28-30

About Method

Method was created from a place of resilience, intention, and deep belief in the body’s ability to heal and grow.

After walking through a personal battle with cancer, I experienced firsthand how powerful movement can be—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. Pilates became more than a workout; it became a way to reconnect with my body, rebuild strength, and restore confidence in myself.

WHY Method?

More Than Movement — It’s Your Method

Discover the Method

At Method, we’ve intentionally designed our class offerings around three core formats—Signature, Burn, and Restore—to give your body exactly what it needs: strength, challenge, and recovery.

Each class delivers a full-body experience designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create balanced movement through intentional programming. Our classes are thoughtfully structured to challenge you while remaining accessible to a variety of fitness levels.

To keep your body progressing and your experience fresh, our class programming evolves regularly with new flows, sequencing, and challenges—allowing you to stay consistent, avoid plateaus, and continue moving with purpose.

Method Signature

Our signature full-body experience. A balanced blend of strength, flow, and control designed to challenge all levels while staying true to the Method.

Method Burn

A higher-energy class designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength and endurance through dynamic, controlled movement.

Method Restore

A slower, restorative class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery through mindful movement and stretching.

More Than Movement

Method Pilates Studio

Everything You
Need to Know

Do I Need Any Prior Pilates Experience to Join?

No experience is necessary to start! Method Pilates Studio welcomes everyone, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practicing for years.

Our certified instructors will guide you through every movement, focusing on your individual needs and ensuring you learn proper form and alignment. You’ll progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.

Our instructors are Balanced Body-certified, ensuring expert guidance and a strong focus on proper form in every class. We keep our class sizes small, which means you receive personalized coaching tailored to your specific needs, helping you progress safely and effectively.

Beyond Pilates, we also offer wellness therapies like IV treatments and red-light therapy to support your overall health and recovery.

Booking a class is easy! You can reserve your spot online through our website or our studio app.

Choose your desired class, select a time that works for you, and complete the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re all set to go! We suggest booking ahead, especially for smaller classes, to secure your spot.

We offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions tailored to your goals and needs. If you’re looking for focused instruction, rehabilitation support, or to deepen your practice, our Balanced Body certified instructors provide one-on-one or small group guidance.

Contact us directly by phone, email, or through our online booking system to schedule a private session that fits your schedule.

Comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely are all you need. We recommend wearing grippy socks for better stability on the equipment; you can purchase a pair at the studio if you don’t have them.

Bringing a water bottle is a good idea to stay hydrated, and we have a water station available for refills. The studio provides all Pilates equipment and props.

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to get settled. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows our instructors to show you the equipment and ensure you feel comfortable and confident before class begins.

Reformer Pilates provides a full-body, low-impact workout that builds strength, flexibility, and stability. The reformer machine uses springs and resistance to support your movements, enabling deeper muscle engagement, better alignment, and controlled progress for all levels.

It’s a practice that safely challenges your body, improves posture, enhances mobility, and leaves you feeling stronger from the inside out.

You can be added to a class from the waitlist up to 30 minutes before it starts. You’ll receive a text notification as soon as you secure a spot, so keep an eye on your phone!

Absolutely! Pilates is designed to be adaptable for everybody. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, our classes can be modified to meet you where you are.

We focus on building a strong foundation and progressing safely, ensuring everyone can benefit from the practice.
