Method was created from a place of resilience, intention, and deep belief in the body’s ability to heal and grow.
After walking through a personal battle with cancer, I experienced firsthand how powerful movement can be—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. Pilates became more than a workout; it became a way to reconnect with my body, rebuild strength, and restore confidence in myself. It taught me patience, discipline, and grace in seasons when I needed it most.
That experience is the foundation of Method.
We believe Pilates is for every body—no matter your starting point, your background, or your goals. Whether you’re stepping into a studio for the first time or deepening an established practice, Method is a space where you can come exactly as you are.
Our approach is rooted in intentional movement, proper form, and a strong mind-body connection. Every class is designed to challenge you while still meeting you where you are, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and feel empowered in your body.

Method Signature
